Totally helped me out, got a new food card with no hassle

Horrible, just horrible. Last month in June I was told my son was taken off my benefits and would be added back on July 1st. Come July 1st he was not added. I call and they said they just forgot to add him on there. And they said they would fix it that day. I call again on July 8th to see if it was fixed and it still isn’t. So I call today on July 10th because I receive my benefits on the 10th of each month. Ace he still isn’t added. I ask if they can fix that now and the lady I was speaking to who happened to be a supervisor said that they can’t do anything to help me. That an employee forgot to add him and I can’t do anything about it till August. I’m pregnant and my son is 3 years old. Since I have had to deal with this office in Pendleton. I have been treated poorly. Getting punished for them not doing their job. Now I don’t even have enough money on my card to feed myself and my son for a month. This is the second month I’ve been screwed over by them and I’ve only been receiving benefits from them for 2 months. So thank you to the Pendleton office for that.
