As stated above you are advised against taking photos by signs. However we saw many people taking photos so... It is a really nice place. Go there.
I'm not sure what you are asking. Do you mean for wedding or other kinds of photos? There are signs near parking lot entrance indicating photography is not allowed but on my visit a professional photographer was taking photos. Check their website for more information
