Are there exits from this central station at the west irving stop, or do I have to go directly to the center of dallas?

There is a bus that will take you heritage station on Westmoreland. You can also ride the train to downtown Dallas and transfer to the train going to North Carrollton. It will get you to heritage station too . Heritage Station is in downtown Irving.
