I order a pizza last night at this location, the pizza was delivered uncooked. the dough was very mushy. I called the next day to complain and the manager (Abe) refuse to satisfy my issue with my order. Rather him replacing or refunding my money he only want to know where’s the pizza at after the next business day as if that was very important. He was not helpful in my issue and I have to say this is the worst customer service ever!!!!

Becareful with this store. I placed a 3 topping large pizza for 10 dollars. I verified and check and see my total was 10.85 and submit it...When I received an email my total was for Large Thin 'N Crispy® Pizza Whole Ingredients: Classic Marinara Sauce, Mushrooms, Onions, Black Olives Order Total: $19.74 The heck, how can Pizza Hut cheat like this.

On 4/21/22 i arrived to the location on 3333 w. camp wisdom in Dallas and a young man by the name of Anthony greeted me and asked me if I was picking up or was going to order in a professionally manner i replied that I had order online and he was very active young men and a young lady by the name of " lulu" the person that prepared the pizzas very helpful and joyful like if they did really enjoyed their job , keep it up guys with an attitude like that you 2 are going anywhere in life congrats , pizza was great and service outstanding!

I placed my order on 5/03/21 at 10:54 am and I was told that it would be ready in 15 mins. I arrived at 11:25 am and the doors were locked. I made sure that I pulled on the door hard enough just in case it was stuck and I also knocked on the door but no one came to the door. I went back to my car and watched as two other cars pull up in which they experienced the same thing that I did. Someone finally unlocked the at 11:59 am. Needless to say, I no longer wanted THAT pizza.
