Pizza is good as always but manager helped with modifying my order after being placed on the app. Super appreciate it! Even opened the box so I could see the yummy!

Food is delicious. Although, they could make a little effort to hand deliver the food to the right place via curbside. (Either they can't read... j/k... or they don't bother to read the printout.) For instance, I say passenger side... they still come to driver side window. I have a small car and it's harder to take the pizza and pass it across my face to put on the passenger seat. If by passenger window, I just take it and put it down.

Ordered a pizza at 8:50 pm it NEVER showed up. Went into the store at 11:40 am today. They say the order was never purchased. The receipt, the order number and phone was all given. Still nothing. Then was given an attitude by the so called manager of the store. No refund, no pizza and no good customer service. This is why I don't shop at Pizza Hut.

I waited over an hour and half and the incorrect order was delivered to my home ! THEN I had to wait ANOTHER hour and half for the correct order ! I need a refund or something . I tried calling the store and was never able to get through to anyone. The deliver guy was nice enough to call me to try to help me out
