I ordered through the app. I got the message that my pizza was ready and went to pick it up. I waited at the counter for 10 minutes before a worker even acknowledged me, the whole time the phone was ringing none stop and no one answered it. Finally they gave me my pizzas. I took them to the car and opened the boxes to give them to my kids only to find out they gave me the wrong pizzas and a very burnt cheese bread. I took them back in. I tell them my pizzas are wrong and bread is burnt, I then end up being given close to the correct pizzas but no cheese bread. I then have to wait another 5 minutes to be acknowledged and they remake me cheese bread. I get told sorry and to take a 2 liter. Should have taken a minute or 2 ends up taking over 20 minutes.

They're severely understaffed for delivery drivers and don't provide any communication about it. Took 2 hours to get our pizza and that was only after we decided to just pick it up ourselves. I understand what's happening with staffing these days but your site should reflect the right expectations. Will not be ordering from them again.

order is always correct but always cold and consistently takes well over 2 hours to get ONE pizza delivered to my apartment that is 5 mins away. 2 stars because pick up is *usually* fine and doesn’t take too long but unless you’re planning on collecting your social security check first, then using it to pay for your pizza, do NOT order delivery from this location.

Waited a whole hour for a warm pizza that was NOT fresh i only ate a few pieces because i was hungry and waited for so long i try to give them chance after chance but it seems like its only getting worse loyal customer officially done will not order from here ever again
