The pizza was good, but it took almost 1 1/2 hours! I called 4 times and after holding, the staff would pick up the phone and hang it up in my face.

I LOVE Pizza Hut pizza, but I’ve come to this location twice and they’ve messed up my order BOTH times. That means I had to sit and wait 20 extra minutes both times for them to remake it. Yeah no thanks. I’m driving further next time. I’ll save much more time that way😤

Get my pizza here hot and on time. My 2 recent delivery purchases that were made arrived cold and late. 12/28/22 @ 5:00 pm I walked into the store and thought my experience with this location would be better since the last delivery issues I experienced. Well again my pizza wasn't HOT and I wasn't late to pick it up! Ugh! Anyone know of a better Pizza Hut?

Always a bad experience here, but yesterday was beyond unacceptable. I placed an order and after waiting a little over an hour I contacted the store since I had not received my order yet. I was then told that my driver was unable to make it to the address because the road was closed. Here is the “closed road” having cars driving on it. Not only, was that not true but they could have at least contacted me so I can order from somewhere else before places closed. Just terrible.
