Was planning in picking up pizzas for my crew for lunch. Called to place an order. The website says they open at 10:30. Called at 10:50. The woman who answered said they probably wont open until ‘around 11:30’. NEVERMIND

This place is so trash. 2 women, one latina/of paler complexion, another afrolatina(?) lighter complexion - both around medium/slightly large size, & a african man, very curly/long hair, smaller size, were there. All in there 20s. To disclaim: i sincerely apologize for describing their physical attributes, most especially by their ethnicities, as I did not get their names. As I was slowly getting out of my car/pulling out my cash, i noticed one of the women with the black/brown hair shake her head (smh) at the girl with the blonde hair as they were about to count change. So the blonde haired lady decides to take the 2 pizzas on the counter real quick and throw them in the trash in the back. I get to the door and the girl with black hair (knowing that this was done) decided to signal at me that they’re closed in a disrespectful manner. I don’t appreciate how these women did not consider my circumstances, esp bc there was an issue with the app so my order went in late. I arrived right at 11:02. Meanwhile, the man had just left right when I arrived: given he could’ve opened the door for me to pick up one of those pizzas that were thrown, had I gotten here a minute quicker. I will say, after I expressed my frustration, he politely asked me what was wrong (I was very upset because the woman in the black hair was gaslighting my knowledge of me seeing them throw it by continuously saying “they’re closed” so that they can successfully go home and avoid the situation)…. Yeah no. I tried to call to avoid this and the line would not go through either, so they probably didn’t receive it. Go during the day (or not at all). At night, they don’t give a damn about the job or how to treat people. 👌🏼now I have nothing to eat tonight.

Angel took our order and was very professional and pleasant to speak to. She made sure I understood what we were ordering and was patient with me as I looked for the address to where we were. I appreciate her hospitality and patience. Anytime we are in the mood for pizza we will always order from here, when in the area.
