This place is gross. We checked in at 1am after a 3 hour drive. The hallway smelled of cigarettes. There was no curtain to completely close the window, so light will be coming in the room. The room was 2 queen beds and a pull out couch bed. The couch had no extra bedding. When asked for it, they didn’t have any. When I threatened to find another hotel, they suddenly found 2 sheets. They are charging entirely too much for this dump. It’s motel quality for hotel prices.

The property is clean, well maintained and easy to find. I requested an accessible room, but the toilet was standard height, the sofa was low and the bed was high. The shower was the only thing accessible. The bold print description for the hotel states "Full hot breakfast", but the only things hot were the waffle griddle and coffee machine. There was no juice or water. There were 3 choices of cereal, packaged pastries, fruit and yogurt. Call the property for clarification before booking.

The room my family and I got was nasty. We checked in at 1 something in the morning after coming off at long flight. We got to our room and sat to quickly eat our Taco Bell. Shortly after I finished, I pulled the sheets back to get into bed to discover nasty linen and a black bug!! Sheets & pillow case were stained and their was hair in the bed. The other bed was slightly cleaner but not much. I immediately called front desk. She said she would send someone down. The guy that came was hospitable and apologetic. He took pictures but so did I. He offered the one king bed room he had left but no. My family and I declined. We had to find another room at 2am in the morning. I asked for manager and refunded but girl had front desk said she didn’t have access to give refunds . I asked for managers info so I could call in morning. She gave me an email address to hotel and said call back in morning. Next morning came and I saw they did refund me only half of my money. I didn’t stay at all. We were there 45 minutes only. I keep calling and asking for manager and they keep saying they don’t have one available. I asked how they get in contact with them and they keep saying they don’t have a way. This is wrong on so many levels.

DO NOT STAY HERE. First of all, I tested positive that morning for covid and I had entire week in Texas planned. I had to call the airlines and hotels and cancel everything. All of the places except for this hotel were very accommodating. When you call and explain that you are sick with covid and you are not trying to infect others, everyone is sympathetic. NOT THIS HOTEL. They refused to cancel my reservation so priceline could refund me. I made several attempts and even spoke to a manager named Vi. She completely refused to cancel my reservation. I asked her if she rather me show up and infect the entire hotel, and her response was, "You can chose to do what you want but I will not cancel your reservation." This hotel rather collet $90 of my money and allow my to infect all the residents with covid. She had no compassion whatsoever. Now this was a business trip and my coworker was also scheduled to be there. He said the place was a dump. The shower curtains had mold. The front desk people were rude and not accommodating. Please do not stay here. It is not worth it.

That is weird and alot of money. That did not happen to us. I would call corporate and demand my $ back or a realistic explanation.
