I stayed for two nights at the Embassy Suites in Addison. The hotel itself is a bit dated, but the price was fair. Breakfast was great, but the happy hour was a little sad. The true reason for the 5 stars was the super star employees - especially Dante. He always said hello when I was coming or going and very personable. All my interactions with the staff were great. I realized I forgot an item in my room after checking out and the gal at the desk set it away for me to pick up that afternoon. I’d stay here again.

Pet friendly. The rooms were immaculate and the atmosphere is a whole Vibe! They offer complimentary drinks from 5-7;30pm and there omelette bar and complimentary breakfast last until 10:30 that’s 30 minutes before check out! First time I ever experienced this. Top Tier Service. From Check- In with Dantè who was professional and personable and I’m sure Check out will be great also! This won’t be my last time.

The happy hour bartender was a nice guy. He’s has been working here for over 20 years, wow! The lady making the omelettes during breakfast really does an excellent job. I don’t know how the heck she memorizes 5 omelette orders and cooks at the same time. And lastly, I was impressed with the extremely kind nature of a girl named Simone who worked the late night desk shift. She went above and beyond to provide kind words and encouragement after a tough day. These are the kind of people you want working at your establishment!! On the flip side, I didn’t have hot water for my shower half the time I was here for and I was never told that breakfast ended earlier on weekdays, which left me paying to go out on our last day here. Without these little issues, it would have made for a great experience and 5 stars, but definitely fell short this time. Overall, I’d come back and hopefully these minor things would be improved.

Outstanding! Quiet! Clean! In all our years of travel for the last two decades this is the best experience we’ve had here in Dallas at the Embassy suites! SYMONE! If you’re lucky enough to meet this wonderful lady behind the desk you will understand why it’s such a great experience. Her outstanding service her friendliness her warmth her love her smile beneath her mask she was amazing and took care of me my family and for other guests all the same time and all of us felt we had all been taken care of one on one. She is amazing outstanding service she should definitely move up fast!
