Best place I've stayed at in a long time. Wish I could have spent more time and seen more of the city. Room was great with a great view of the city. Room was very comfortable with plenty of room and a pull out for my 15 year old and her own TV. My wife, 3 children, and myself were very happy with our stay.

Hotel was nice stayed one night enjoyed the fact they had a microwave. This hotel was close to everything, which was really nice. The only problem I had encountered was I had to keep asking for towels and nobody would bring any which was frustrating because your sitting and waiting when you can be enjoying an activity. I thought they would bring it in the room why I was gone still no towels and I has to keep calling. When I saw a house keeper she even told me to ask the front desk, which was a little weird. Other than that great hotel stay

I was extremely disappointed with the service we received. We stayed for 3 nights. Each day we requested someone to come and service our room. It never happened, but finally on the last night we were advised we must stay for 4 nights to have a room cleaned. This is information that should be discussed and provided before check in so that I can have an option if I choose to accept this level of service. No garbage removal or fresh towels. To me this is basic necessities. I was extremely disappointed and will never book here again.

The front desk staff are very welcoming, kind, and thorough of the hotel regulations, times, and assistance for their guest. Room was spacious. We got a suite and it was nice. Beds were comfortable too. Lighting was a little dark but I think that's why they have those huge windows. Only complaint I had was regarding one of the female valet drivers. She was insanely rude. But the hotel staff were very kind!
