Stayed here during my trip to Dallas! I had a great time in the city. So much to do, so much to see! I can’t wait to come back. BUT! When staying at this hotel, I noticed that my pillows had this stain on it..yucky! Other than that the staff was friendly and informative. Everything else worked and I had no other issues. But please make sure the pillow cases are clean next time guys! The cookies at the front desk are delicious and always hot. The bar area and breakfast area were cool. The lobby and other parts looked nice and clean. Their parking lot is under going construction at the lower level. The pool was open and looked clean. Just make sure you check your bedding.

Location was superb. Front desk staff very friendly and professional. Great views. Room was very clean and housekeeping was spot on. Only con was the bathroom is very small as stated before. Hotel has been upgraded nicely. They also were very accommodating with a early check in and late check out. And my 8yr old daughter loved the warm complimentary cookies.

Close enough to be just minutes away from down town. Clean rooms friendly staff ample free parking. Breakfast buffet was great also can get maid to order eggs. Really nice.

Saw alot of bad reviews from about 6 months ago which made me wonder but looks like it was mostly due to some renovations at the time. No renovations now. Rooms are clean. Yes bathroom is small but come on people that's just a little petty to gripe about. It's clean that's all that matters. Bed is pretty comfy. Good location. Only reason for 4 stars, not 5 is cause only one elevator was working which caused a bit of a traffic jam. Overall great value for the price.
