This location was so nice, I’m sure this hotel has been around for years so some features are bit dated but other than that everything else here is pretty modern! I was a bit skeptical booking this hotel at first from the mixed reviews, but overall it was a great experience! It’s right by the highway so it was somewhat close to a lot of the places we wanted to check out in Dallas. Room was really clean when we checked in and the parking lot was well lit and spacious, so bringing our toddler with us we felt safe☺️ Thank you again to the kind staff and the complimentary cookies y’all!

I was here last weekend with my boyfriend and I really enjoyed my stay. Very nice hotel and the lady that checked us in was so nice. She was also very knowledgeable about great places to eat. I think her name was Sinclair or something like that. We had some issues with getting the ac unit to cool Sinclair sent someone up promptly to fix the issue. She even called back afterwards to follow up. Before I forget the guy bar tender had really great recommendations and great service as well. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you for such wonderful service.

The staff were very kind and did everything they could to help ensure we had a comfortable stay. It's disappointing that they could not provide enough staff for the restaurant to serve lunch/dinner or for the coffee bar to be open past 11am but the little market helped with quick snack and drink options. The hotel needs some attention. The temperature dropped the weekend we visited and the heat couldn't catch up in most of the building. The hot water in the shower never really got hot. One of the elevators was broken when we arrived Thursday night, another went down half way through the weekend and the 3rd dropped almost a whole floor with my partner on it at one point, but thankfully continued working. The rooms where nice, comfortable, had everything we needed. A mini fridge would have been handy but our room didn't have one.

This hotel is falling apart. As a frequent stayer I can honestly say every room has some kind of issue: Heat / AC doesn’t work or switch between the two. Tub doesn’t drain. Plumbing gurgles and will keep you up all night. Lights out in shower makes it dark. Sink drips. …… Place is due for a major renovation. Not to mention it’s horribly under staffed, especially in the evening.
