The chicken used to be better but lately it has been really bland. The sauce helps. They didnt know what an armold palmer was ( 1/2 lemonade - 1/2 tea) and I had to explain it to them and then they had to ask the manager if it was ok to make my drink that way.

This was the most terrible Canes I have ever visited. The young man taking drive through orders was hard to understand and he kept get our order wrong. This could very well have been that it was a faulty intercom. So we asked him to repeat our order back to us and he immediately seemed irritated. Sighing heavily. Repeating the order back with an annoyed undertone. We pulled up to the window, paid then told to pull off to the side and wait for our order. Now this establishment was very busy at this time so that is understandable however we waited a good while. Once we got our food it was way too salty. The food was so over seasoned that it was inedible. By this time we decided to just leave. Service terrible and so was the food.

Hey Hey Hey! Want some chicken today? ...Lol, I love when they ask that. The food was tasty, hot & fresh. It's such a popular location, you have to circle the building to find your place in the drive-thru line. Great food tho!

If you're visiting this location just be ready to wait PATIENTLY in the line. If you go in the inside it's a lot quicker! I order TWO 3 tender combo with a sweet tea and CANIAC COMBO came with coleslaw with lemonade. Chicken tenders were crispy and fresh😋 with the dipping sauce it was BANGING! FRIES cooked perfect... the prices are a lil steep, but it is sooooo gud and worth it. Must try! The staff was friendly and comical. Keep it up 🤗

I did not feel like the service was up to par. A customer ahead of me had a problem with the ketchup dispenser when they asked for assistance they were ignored. I asked another associate and he was more interested in answering the phone. Just plain facts. Food was good but some customer service training is required. Visit Chick fil a and you will experience the standard for customer service. I spent over 25 years in customer service so I know what is good customer service.
Line gets long so I'd look into online ordering
