I didn't like the customer service there was given I kept telling the manager that I was a lady she kept calling me a man for some reason she thought it was funny I did I did spend 60 almost $70 there I wasn't pleased with the service

I just left the KFC on Beckley and Illinois and when I got back to work I come to realize my chicken was not done my wing was bleeding and my breast was gooey the lady didn't put my receipt in my bag but I did use my credit card so I can dispute this smh I wish I could leave work an go get my money back 🤬so people check your food before you leave there

I came to kfc on 4/18/22 the manager was extremely rude. I asked for a number 9 which on the menu it shows 3 different quantities and she said im giving you a number 8 very rudely. When i drove up to pay i asked repeated my order since i had big order to make sure it was correct because of the bad reviews. And she rolled her eyes and repeated with attitude. I will no longer come here.

My experience was horrible, I made my order for FRESH hot wings. I was told to pull around front and my order will be brought out to me in 15 minutes. I waited for 35 minutes and no order came to me. Because Noone could enter the building, I had to go to the drive through. My order was not fixed so I had to wait again, and my 85 year old father could not eat the wings because they were not fresh at all. I hope no one else has this same experience.
