Don’t deserve even 1 star. Never gives ketchup. I always have to ask for ketchup. My bf once ordered uber eat but there was no ketchup. I would rather throw it in the trash bin than eating it without ketchup

Placed a pickup order. Drove to the location and went to walk inside per the instructions on the order I made that said it would be ready on the counter, but the lobby was locked. Tried to call and tell them I had placed a pick up order but no one picked up. The whole reason why I placed a pick up order was so that I didn’t have to wait too long because I was on my lunch break for work. Instead I had to wait through the drive thru and ended up not having enough time to eat my food before my break ended because the drive thru line was so long and they took forever to get everyone’s food out. I wouldn’t come here again. The quality of the food was good it just isn’t a convenient option for me because I need pick up in lobby (not drive thru) to be an option so I can quickly come and go for the limited time on my lunch break. There wasn’t even a sign on the doors that said “Lobby closed” people were just walking around outside confused looking like idiots because Popeyes doesn’t have the decency to tell it’s customers ahead of time whether or not a location has pick up unavailable like all other fast food chains. Do better.

Came here past 2 days in a row cause I was craving a spicy chicken or grouper sandwich but this place is out of stock on simple things. Last night they didn't have powdered sugar for the beignets so that wasn't available and the chicken sandwich was disappointingly small from what I've had before. Tonight I came back to give them another chance and it was even worse...they didn't have any drinks working cause they ran out of carbonation, no beignets or cookies and almost forgot my 2 pc chicken order...luckily I always check my bag. This locating is going down hill quick. Not coming back here.

It's amazing that the kids that work this place can get ANY thing out of the door. The young girl finishes up with the person infront of me in line. Looks at me and then walks away to the back. Then another guy comes waltzing up, not like she told him there was a customer,just as if this guy was walking around doing nothing. He seems me and finally helps me. I was not the only customer frustrated. This is not a one time deal. This location can't do anything on time,they and kids and they are unprofessional and rude.
