Mall itself is open at 5am
None of the stores/restaurants in that area are open before 8-am , but most stores and restaurants stay open until 9-11 pm .
Not very sure about timings but I visited at morning and evening between 9.0.00.am to 7.00 pm and Hollywood street was humming with people around.
5am -12:45am But best time from 9am
