Great experience to watch a movie at such an iconic landmark. The sound there us great. If you park in the garage, theater will validate your parking. We went on a weekday, so not very crowded.

TCL Chinese Theatre is pure old Hollywood. The hand and foot prints left throughout the years are amazing. Some of the hands and feet impressions are so tiny. And inside is well preserved so you truly get a feel of what the times were like. You can take a tour for a small fee. The Batman was playing when I toured.

This place is historic, and that alone makes it a must stop if you are visiting LA. The outside look is so great but inside, the decor is amazing. The screen is the fifth largest in the world and seats just under 1,000 people. We went and saw Spider-Man and it was one of the best theater experience I have had in a long time.
Be sure to get to the theater a half hour or so early, and do the tour. It was $10 and well worth the money. They take you into the theater, explain many of the different aspects of the theater, some of the props and then take you outside to see many of the hand prints in the concrete.

Probably the most iconic movie theater/cinema in the world it doesn't disappoint.. from the moment you walk up to it over the hands and footprint paving stones of celebrities from every era from the Golden days to present to entering the lobby with infamous costumes warn in well known movies.. to the grand women's bathroom with area for checking ones outfit very much fit for those attending a movie premiere and needing to make sure they're attire is perfect.. this venue has it all.. the seating in the theater itself is pretty regular but the feel of the place has a grandeur to it like no other. I've been here a few times including for movie premieres and I have to say I always look forward to coming back. Also to note they have parking validation here if you park in the underground car park at the Dolby theater next door. Recommend!!!
You can purchase tickers at kiosks or the box office. Entrance is not free, you can take pictures with the famous foot and hand prints for free. Prices vary but usually start around 14$
I was wondering if the chow mein is pricey oftentimes I couldn't afford too go out to eat and see a show I was informed that it's a touristy place

They don't serve chow mein in the theater!
I have to be the fastest person to have been blacklisted in Hollywood. When I published The Adrenochrome Witch, Diddy had me fired from Google and Barnes & Noble Writer's Room. That deserves a star.
I'm extremely excited for the upcoming movie,Dragon Ball Super: Broly . I would like to know how I can obtain 2 premiere tickets. How can I get invite or pay for the tickets?
$2 with Validation. The lot is off Orange street. Which is around the corner from the Theater. Not the first driveway but the second one. Enter this address in GPS to find it 1738 N Orange Dr, Los Angeles, CA 90028.
Matinees are not significantly cheaper. The start times vary a bit depending upon a movie's run time, which determines its schedule for the day. But usually around 11am.
First of all it's a very famous place you could see the handprints and shoe prints of your favorite celebrities and then you have the Walk of Fame all the stars of your favorite celebrities it's an exciting place to be
