Yes you can visit the Chinese Theater and separately watch movies or purchase tickets for red carpet Movie Premieres, however this is not where Abraham Lincoln was assassinated.

You can buy a ticket to get in. First floor is more than the rest. 22ish bucks vs 16 17 for the other floors.
