I've used this same rental agency a couple of times due to it's great customer service and speed - however, this last experience has me questioning if I will return. I waited for 2 hours for a scheduled pick up, and was told "the car needed an oil change, but it's coming, 20 minutes..." And upon returning the vehicle 3 days later, had to sit on the street in the middle lane as another renter was blocking the driveway for 10 minutes trying to figure out the GPS; once she finally moved, another renter was in line to pull out and blocked the driveway as well. There was a super long line of people picking up cars and everyone seemed very irritated. Maybe the place needs to get more staff? Or, cut back on the availability if they are not able to fulfill in a timely manner. I will consider going back one more time, but, I hope it's not a repeat of my last experience.

Picked up rental from LAX. Their shuttle picked us up at the terminal and took us to their yard a couple miles away. The desk had our reservation and prices matched. Return was efficient. Will rent from Enterprise again.

I rented a car from this location, Steven Hirschberg was super helpful; he has a positive attitude and high skills of customer service, he is willing to help customers voluntarily and runs from one customer to another at no time. He helped me to find the convertible car I was looking for, helped me to drop the car the day of return to the airport, and worked hard to make myself and my family (wife and daughter) satisfied with all the stress he had. Everyone in this location is good and productive, ask for Steven Hirschberg and you will be so satisfied. This location is highly recommended.

Once again, Enterprise went above and beyond!! After being in an accident in LA, a miscommunication with my insurance company led to me putting the rental on my credit card at the highest rate, rather than the insurance company paying directly at their discounted rate. However (though the insurance company’s communication left much to be desired), Richard from Enterprise stepped in to help, ensuring I had the best weekly rate possible. He/they alleviated a ton of stress while I wait for my insurance company to take care of things and my car to be repaired. Thanks so much! All my rentals have been from Enterprise over the past several years and they’ve proven again why they will continue to be!
