I was disappointed with the Customer service because they guy I got showed me a very limited area where my size was and walked off. Then he brings this man and his wife into the same area and was hands on. I asked a few questions but his interest was not to really help me. I'm not sure if they work on commission. I have shopped at this store for years but what I saw and how I felt. Not going back and I was looking for 3 suits. 50 reg is not a unusual size. 20 suits at most was all I saw.

Still good prices for a quick last minute suit. And nice prices for good suits. Their selection has come down a little though. But still like to go for the prices

Going in knowing what you’re looking for is helpful. The selection is wild. Like a kid in the candy store, if you love suits you can be in there for days. Knowing your size, what color you are looking for, and even the type of material you’re looking for helps a lot. I’ve had both great and not so great experiences with the sales people, so knowing what you’re looking for and your size is awesome and will make your experience more enjoyable. Alex, the tailor in the back, is the real star of the show. He will dial your suits in and take you from looking awesome to looking like a superstar. Ensure that you’re coming with some time before you need the suits because Alex gets really busy and we don’t want to rush perfection. However, he is super worth it due to the nature that he will have you looking way better than you saw yourself in the original suit off the shelf. Don’t skip on Alex.
