This was awesome! So much history and great exhibits. I took so many pictures. I loved it! One of the best parts of my trip to Hollywood hands down. There were several special exhibits when I was there. There is also a special section for horror films, clasic oldies to modern. It is a self directed tour so you can stay as long as you want and can go back to things you've seen and look again. After your time there, if you exit to the left you'll walk into Mel's Diner, a quaint little 50s style diner. Food was good and the place is cute. The Hollywood Museum is definitely an attraction not to be missed!

Phenomenal place. Reasonable entry fee and a ridiculous amount of Hollywood memorabilia inside, including a pair of Ruby slippers from the Wizard of Oz and the entire prison set from Silence if the Lambs. Definitely visit this place. Don’t walk past thinking it’s another tacky Hollywood attraction.

Full of AWESOMENESS!!!! We had so much fun visiting! Seeing all of the old Max Factor Makeup was my favorite part! I love old Hollywood, so this was perfect!

The museum is in the old Max Factor Cosmetics building and has three floors full of Hollywood artifacts, the largest Marilyn Monroe collection of memorabilia. The top floor has a Back To The Future exhibit and the Dungeon of Doom showcasing your favorite Hollywood Monsters, Mummies and Zombies. I love this museum, it was so interesting and had so much to see and look at. It’s a bargain for only $15 Purchase tickets on line, they are not date or time specific. Private parking lots range from $10-$50 be aware of rates. Street metered parking is available if your patient.

Went yesterday also. Thru are open wed-sun. We handed them a print ticket and we just verbally said we're all vaccinated. But no need to prove, because we are.
No there isn't. Need to park on the street, a parking lot or structure.
It was when we went in July. The Hollywood museum is part of it.
