Why can't I find this station in Amtrak app and web site? Is it closed? I only can choose Old town station and Santa Fe station....

Amtrak discontinued service to this station October 8th. They also dropped both Carlsbad locations. You will find Old Town the closest stop South or Solana Beach to the North.

Visit GoNCTD.com. coaster stops at Sorrento valley but not Amtrak.
