There are few spots but mostly pass thru.
San Clemente camp ground is mainly for cruising through. There are joggers that will jog up and down the steep hill down to the beach. Rochelle is correct on the opposite side is where biking and hiking trails.

Mountain bike trails are near by & small hiking too. Mostly on the opposite side of the the freeway near san onofre campground. Weve biked there from san Clemente sb.
