Yes you can. As long as the swimmer isn't using it as a flotation device you're fine. If you do need a flotation device, it just has to be US Coast one through. Water wings arent allowed, but puddle jumpers are. North Pool provides a small set of life jackets as well.
Noodles, dive rings, small sponges and mini nerf balls are the only toys allowed. PLEASE NOTE: Use of toys is at the discretion of the lifeguards and they may ask for the removal of any and all toys if the pool is crowded.
