These folks were really excellent. I needed a kid's bike for my 4-year-old and they were pretty low on inventory at the time I needed it. They were able to move some things around and accommodate us and were all super super nice to work with. We had a great experience with them and would absolutely recommend their shop!

Kevin was very helpful in the middle of a crisis! I was on a trip when another bike shop botched my bike and he was able to get me hard to find parts and do all repairs on my Cannondale. He also accommodated me by letting me ship to his bike shop some items I needed for my trip. Did I mention he’s also a great bike mechanic? My Cannondale rides like new again and thanks to him I’m back on the trails. Thanks Kevin, see you on the trails brother!

You can breathe easy knowing you’ll get great customer service at this shop. We came here after having an unpleasant experience at another bike rental shop just moments prior. It took a few minutes to be helped as the two employees were waiting on another customer but they greeted us every time they walked by telling us they’d be right with us. I rented an electric bike which will be a must from now on! My husband pulled the boys in a trailer and they both enjoyed themselves. Thank you for making our day!

Hi, We have trikes, but no electric pedal-assist options at this time. There are a couple of e-bike stores in Bend that have a huge selection however!
Hi, Our typical multi-speed Adult Bike (Electra Townie or Cannondale Adventure) is $9/hour or $28 for a day. $23 for a multi-day rental. Kids bikes, demos, trailers, and all other bikes are going to have different pricing. Thank you!
Hi, it would be best if the bike arrived by the 25th of June, but we can work with your timeline if it is shorter. Typically, a build is between $35-75: it depends on how much assembly is required. The shop labor rate is $65/hour. Thank you! Scott Village Bike and Ski
