Pretty Sure you do.... Unless there is a lien holder & they have the title - then you & buyer go to financial institution to pay off loan & get title released. If there is no title - you will file for lost title ? The staff at Post Falls Licensing are very helpful. And be sure to sign off on the seller's part of the title to show you sold it. Pay the $3.50 to make sure you took it out of your name. It is worth every cent !
