Called Monday night and spoke with Nathan . Asked if they had any units available and he said yes. Took my name and number and I was willing to give CC over phone but said wasn’t necessary. Mentioned he was leaving in 5 mins so figured he was more worried about getting off work then doing the necessary paper work. We talked about me getting 3 units in total next to each other which again made sound like that would be no problem. Went in two day later as planned and Nathan said he had no units available. Very confused because he said there was ones available. I hired two guys to start loading up truck and help with all the moving today. Now I’m scrambling to find a unit to make the use of these guys helping today. All he had to say was nothings available and when a unit dies coke available we will call you. So sick of bad customer service. Why can’t people do what they say this day and age.

I'm a repeat customer. I like this place. My stuff is secure. staff is great. I'm not sure if the police still train their k-9's here or not but I feel safer knowing that they probably still do.

I have stored my trailer there for most of the almost two years that I have had it. Nathen works there and he has been very supporting to me as I lost my husband and need to sell my trailer. He even put a for sale sign on it. It is a safe place to keep your RV. Very clean place and excellent service with caring staff.
