I love it here 5 years now. I moved to a senior unit 1 story no kids in my yard lol. Good people . Matance is a little short handed but do the best they can and get things done right . The office staff is on top of any issues that may happen. Very little crime if any. A place to call home . I don't plan on leaving

Different prices just have to call and see what is available and that your approved for.
