We went through Miracle for renting our apartment. She is super nice and make the progress fast and easy! The apartment placement in postfalls feels safe. Everything in is nice looking in our apartment. We cant hear our neighbors on either side of us. The only thing I wish they had were elevators..we are on the third floor and It sucked packing everything to up the stair cases. Other then that its definitely worth living here!

My boyfriend and I have lived in these apartments for a year and half, we've had issues with our upstairs neighbors always stomping around and blasting their TV through all hours of the night, I've complained a few times and was told they won't do anything about it unless I record a video of our neighbors being loud above us after 10pm. The ladies in the post falls office were always very rude towards my boyfriend and myself anytime we went in there to pay for rent and especially when I went in to get the paperwork for a 30 day notice. I also had an issue with one specific employee on the 3rd who failed to tell me that I would have to pay for the maintenance and repairs before I could pay for our last month of rent, so unknowingly I dropped off our money order for rent assuming that's what it was going towards, not once did she tell me in person that this money wasn't going towards rent at all, after I left the building, she called my boyfriend (Not even me, who was just in there!) while he was at work, TWICE (Mind you the first time she called he told her he was working and asked her not to call him again) and she let him know that our rent money I dropped off went to the maintenance first and that we still needed to pay rent that day and if I didn't we would get charged a late fee. The second time she called him, she was yelling at him because she was upset with me, she is extremely unprofessional and shouldn't be working in an environment that requires any customer service skills. All around, I would never recommend these apartments to anyone I know!

We rented from Fieldstone Apartments for a year. Close to parks, schools and shopping. In a nice location. Pretty much the only positives. A few hiccups in the beginning with repairs taking 4-5 months to fix. Normal noise you would expect from living in an apartment but when a noise complaint was made, apparently it had to be on video to be taken seriously. We got to the end of our lease and it’s been a nightmare. Management that was once extremely friendly has turned into not very caring people. 30 days after move-out, we got $20 back of our $1000 deposit. LOL. So glad this was a temporary situation for us. UPDATE: We felt the cleaning charges weren’t fair. Management agreed to refund us cleaning charges due to the problems we had with a repair.
