I would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t for the front staff lady being so rude. I have recently had chemo and I had the appt mixed up and I could tell that I had gotten on her nerves but she quickly changed her attitude when I got my phone out and started typing her name so I could report her. I haven’t though. She should absolutely be more compassionate especially since everyone coming through the doors is fighting some kind of cancer. The dr was very nice and thorough. The nurses and office staff was as well. I will be having treatments soon. I pray it stays smooth! I added some beautiful butterflies from the children from pediatric. So sweet! 🦋

I don't know if there is a more condescending person than Lisa at the scheduling desk. The work that gets done here is okay, but the personnel is terrible. YOU work with them, they don't work with you. Better hope you don't have anything else going on, because they will not be friendly about it.

I hope they save my life excellent staff really enjoyed it I guess I mean if you have to go under laser treatment for cancer I was in the CyberKnife they were very compassionate play the music I wanted to listen to while I was stuck laying there forever thank God there were there in the old days my cancer probably wouldn't have been treatable
