Thatoneguy really?

New owners from California have been "renovating" the office for two straight months now so not able to go in. Will not return any calls or emails. Unable to talk to anyone regarding maintenance or questions for office staff. They're trying to increase rent almost double, and have tried to add late fees to my rent multiple times when I've paid on time. Used to be a great complex at great prices but now...Not that you would be able to contact anyone anyways, but if this is your only option left for moving in, I'd still recommend elsewhere.

I've lived at the apartment complex for about a year and a half. The apartments are clean, nice and the landlords are very professional. Anything I've needed fixing is done quickly with excellent workmanship. My neighbors are also friendly.

This apartment was recommended to us by a tenant who used to live there who is a personal friend of ours. We lived there two years. The current property managers, Lee and Patrick, are awesome. A couple of the most down-to-earth and friendly people you'll meet. They let you do your thing so long as it's not a bother or detriment to the neighbors. The paperwork is very clear on what you are agreeing to, what they expect of you as a tenant, and what you should do when you are moving out. They have a move out cleaning checklist that is very thorough, probably more intensive than most people think to do when cleaning their home for themselves. But that meant when we ourselves were moving in it really was clean. You agree in the contract that they will charge you for the hourly work it takes for them to clean after you move. Carpet cleaning is automatically deducted from your deposit. We as tenants were given the opportunity to inspect the apartment when first moving in, and there were a couple of issues with the dishwasher and kitchen fan and they fixed it immediately. If issues ever came up and we reported it they fixed it very quickly (within the week, usually 1-2 days). What else?...Just be a decent person, and you'll likely not run into issues.

BEWARE!!!! Total cleaning deposit scam artists. No matter how good you clean they will keep most of your deposit. Place was spotless when I moved out and they still kept 80% of my cleaning deposit. We were very up front and did everything right to get our deposit back. They charged for linoleum stains that they knew were there when I moved in and have been there for years. I am sure they have charged for those stains several times. They will tell you not to clean the carpet and they will handle the carpet cleaning. What they don't tell you is they are going to charge you $65 to clean it. They will come up with a bunch of "Cleaning" charges that they don't tell you about during the walk through. Make sure you take pictures when you move in and go over all move out costs they are going to charge you for before you sign the lease!!!!!! Chances are you won't get your deposit back no matter what so be prepared.

The current property managers are Lee and Patrick, who as of November 2018 lived there and work in the office and repairing things around the apartments. You'd have to call to see someone in the office normally, I think Lee is usually only in when she has had someone call to see her or needs to do paperwork.

When is the best time to call or get in contact with the office?
