I was trying to make an appt to renew my registration on qless and it gives 2 options titling/registration or registration. Registration won't let me make an appt. I used titling/registration. Is that ok for just renewal

When I was there a couple weeks ago they weren't allowing appointments due to the system update. Anyone that walked in saying they made an appointment online still had to just take a number and wait.

Yes, they are going through a system update I believe that's why the options are itemized that way. They also are open for walk ins but it's secondary to appointments, so it can be quite a substantial wait.
