Hi Rene! Fact. There is no minimum amount to open. I am budgeting and saving. STCU is the best choice I've ever made in banking. They gladly set up as many accounts as you want. For instance, I have a checking and gas account with debit cards for each. Debit cards are free on accounts. Also there are no debit card withdrawl fees when we withdraw from an STCU machine. I highly recommend them and I've always been treated with respect and great customer service. Good luck!!
