I was lucky to have Cheyenne help me at this branch. She’s not usually here but i hope she’s there more often. She was very professional and explained everything in detail! Even listened to me and made me feel like I was part of the STCU family. I’m not the easiest guy to talk to either!! She is a Very Nice Person to deal with and made joining STCU Fast and Easy!!

Hi Mary- you can log in to online banking by going to STCU.org and clicking the purple “online banking” button on the top right hand of your screen on a desktop, or that is the first option on the menu on mobile. You can also download the STCU mobile banking app from the App Store and log in using that tool. If you have not yet registered for online banking, just click the “register” button that is presented on the first screen after you click any of these options.
Yes, safety deposit boxes are available at this location. Fees range from $30 to $90 per year, depending on size. You can see a full breakdown at https://stcu.org/media/FeeSchedule.pdf
You do not need a minimum balance for our free checking, First 5, standard savings, and other basic accounts. There is a $10 membership fee, but that is waived when you join online, or if you are an employee of a community business partner. More details at STCU.org/here-for-good/about-STCU/membership
Outgoing wire transfers are $15 per transfer for members. https://stcu.org/media/FeeSchedule.pdf
Sorry Roger, financial institutions such as credit unions and banks do not issue passports. Many post offices and other government offices can accept passport applications - travel.gov has a search tool that will help you find the one nearest you.
