I will definitely be switching banks, and closing all accounts with gesa. I'm pretty unimpressed with the online banking, I get so tired of watching to make sure things go through correctly, constant holds on random amounts of money and always some reason. After the change I've noticed significant drop in care for the costumers, and with all the annoyance things have even started to get weird. A neighbor (who I had NEVER spoken to before) came up to me wile I was pulling weeds in my yard and asked if I was Emily, and had told me a man with the name of ritchy from gesa had called her about my account. Ritchy wound up being from the main branch of gesa, when I got ahold of him to ask he only deflected, refused to answer any questions out right and would only tell me he was trying to reach me through a data base when i asked how he conected me to this stanger, I have been with gesa for the better part of 4 years and have never once until the change, either had an issue I was unwilling to deal with and move forward as a gesa member, or felt uncomfortable banking with gesa, I no longer feel comfortable with gesa having my information, because I no longer know that I have control where my information goes. with all that being said, the costumers service issues I have end with upper management , the people in the north store have always been very cordial polite and easy to work with, I have no complaints with the employees inside the north store, even the new members have done a great job at keeping the in store experience pleasant.

Todd Lawrence is exceptional! He’s always happy, helpful, personable and kind. He remembers my face and things about me, makes me feel like a friend, not just another customer. The other staff is also amazing and friendly. Teresa and Tara are also always full of smiles and cheer! The customer service is above and beyond every time I come in. I normally like doing everything online, but I actually like coming in due to the warm atmosphere. Gesa is a top notch bank. I look forward to giving them all of my future business, home loan, car loan, everything. I’ve never experienced such amazing service from a bank. I highly recommend!

I don't usually leave reviews but felt I just had to for this CU. This is the best credit union I have probably ever been in. It is always neat in there and the staff is so friendly and smiling lol. Even when my little girl is running around they seem to be pretty accepting of it all. They do whatever they can to fix a problem and I love that reassurance I get from them. :)

I do not believe they have zelle, but they have a way to directly pay people through either text message or email
