I work there, it's a prison. They no longer do tours.
It's closed up they even fenced over the gate to the fence due to it crumbling. It's not safe even if u could get in inner and outter walls falling down and roof and ceiling too
It's owned by NYSDOCCS. It's considered trespassing. I'd contact then Facility directly for guidance
