I don’t usually write reviews but this is the exception. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed at the lack of professionalism at this office. I made an appointment on 7/12/22 for 8 am on 7/26/22. I show up to my appointment this morning and they told me that my appointment had been canceled due to my provider’s schedule being changed. I received no phone calls, voicemails, or emails. I literally have their number saved in my phone so I definitely would’ve seen their calls. I looked back at my call log and voicemails after I left and there was nothing. While I was in the office there was another patient in there that had to reschedule as well because the same thing happened to them. I think what irritates me the most is that the appointment was made only 2 weeks prior. It wasn’t like this appointment was made months in advance or anything. I will be trying to find a new provider as soon as possible.

Visits are fine. But getting prescriptions is an absolute nightmare. Staff tells you to call in 3-5 days early which still does nothing to speed up getting it called in. Took 10 days from initial call in and 5 days after rx ran out and several frustrating calls a day to get it through.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Whomever is responsible for relaying messages Along with the nurse manager is TRASH. I’ve been waiting months now for a simple letter and a week for a simple refill. Everytime you call “I’ll give the message and mark it as urgent”. Do not waste your time. Please find your a quality doctors office because this one is not it!
