Today I chose to come to get a full set and the guy (Michael) was nice nasty. I’ve never had a nail tech be so rude. I understand people have rough days, but don’t be mean to the customer. I’ll be starting a new journey at Tipp-Y-Toes nail shop.

This was my very first experience here and I was so excited because I had heard great things. I met a friend for a deluxe pedicure a few days ago, she arrived 20 minutes before me and they had started on her pedicure. By the time she was getting polish- mine was already over. I also had to ask him multiple times to stop filing as they were already even and how I liked them. I asked the dudes name and it was Tony. Even the lady doing my friends said that was way too fast as well as the girl working the front desk. He didn’t apply any lotion or oils at the end and didn’t even say a word, just got up and walked off. I was still expected to pay full price and wasn’t offered anything for my dissatisfaction. Will not be returning to this establishment.

I've patronized this nail salon several times in hopes that it would get better with the technicians. However today was the worst! The unprofessionalism of talking about clients when we are only trying to tell you what we want. Then over charging for every single thing that you do but the quality of the work is not there!! If it wasn't Easter weekend & I had upcoming plans, I would not have accepted. I even complained about being charged for a full set when I only got a fill in, the manager claimed that was the technicians rate because he used powder????? I won't be returning at all!!

On the good side, since there are quite a few young technicians, they are fairly fast, so you don't have to wait that long for your turn. They are also well-done. On the bad side, the charge FOR EVERYTHING: like I only had acrylic (without polish) and they charged me $25 for the retouch, $5 for "special shape" (what special shape? They were just square nails!!!) and $1 extra for using a debit card!!! I avoid going there because I will leave with a big bill (for my means!). I only go there when I leave work late, and I can't afford waiting in the cheaper salons. Another time they charged me $10 extra for polish, and I didn't even had any polish that day!!! Beware!!!
