Every aspect of my experience at this MyEyeDr location (on Memorial Drive, Greenville, NC) was phenomenal! The front desk was able to get me an appointment next day after someone cancelled, working with my schedule. She proceeded to reach out directly to insurance to make sure everything was covered appropriately. The doctor went through my eye health and exam thoroughly. And the lady who helped me pick out the appropriate eyewear made sure to get me the best deal available. I was able to get 2 pairs of glasses that I am very excited about! All around, the staff was super friendly and professional along every step of the way. Will definitely be returning to this location.

They need to hire people who know how to adjust glasses without ruining them. This was much better when it was Eye Care Center with Dr Gray. Sherry was a dream at adjusting glasses.
