What is the fee for installation? We just bought a condo on the 3rd floor and need someone to remove existing carpet and install flooring for approximately 800 sq ft.

They recently told me they charge $1.99 a SF to install laminate flooring. I don't know how much they charge to install tile or vinyl plank flooring. They can remove carpet at a cost of 50 cents a SF.
