I will never go back. So many racial remarks were made, during my hair color service with Pielle, I heard her making fun of another employees wig and followed with the statement, “I guess black girls need to wear wigs.” Also during my service my Starbucks tumbler was stolen. For saying they are a 5 star salon, they should definitely hold there employees and themselves to higher standards. 10/10 don’t recommend .

So I booked online for a nail service with current removal of current nails. The system booked me with a random person because it was a last minute appointment . The girl was rushing and kept looking at her watch telling me That I didn’t have “ add nail tips” on my service ticket . I said I booked my visit online and there’s no option to add that . My nails looked horrible but everyone there was busy and no manager there as there was already a disgruntled woman in the lobby complaining about a discount issue . These are the most ugliest nails I have ever gotten . This was last week. I got my nails re done elsewhere . I can’t deal with the disgruntled nail tech angry what I wanted tips on my Nails . I went to the another nail tech and they were shocked someone put dip powder on so thick and shaped so poorly because she was rushing . The peach nails were at diving designs the nails on right with Ombré was another shop in Tampa . The nail tech shyann said she doesn’t do ombré. I won’t be using divine for nail services anymore . Only person I like services from are no sheen and Maria . Shyann is rude and I stayed calm And got out of there because there was no one else to fix My nails even if I complained. The nails on the right are how I like my nails ombré coffin shapecu . Nowhere on there online to “add nail tips “. Also all the other nail salons that I go to they never charge extra for nail tips it’s just whatever I ask for I’m able to get. I chose the wine because it’s less people and closer to my home but I will never use this place for nail services again. It appears as some of the nail techs only like painting nail polish on nails and not any specialty nails

Maribel is amazing with long curly/ wavy hair and has earned my loyalty as a client along with my best friend, mother and daughter. The business offers snacks/ drink services and convenient text reminders. Always very clean and comfortable atmosphere. Def recommend!
