Hello, thank you for inquiring on our late-cancellation or missed reservation policy. Our Guest Service policy requires a notice of cancellation be provided at least 24 hours prior to any scheduled reservation to avoid the imposition of a late-cancellation fee of $25 per hour of scheduled service and any reservation for which no cancellation notice was provided and to which a guest failed to keep as scheduled is subject to a charge for the full amount of the service. We do provide multiple reminders in the form of emails and SMS-Text messages at least 48 hours prior to any scheduled reservation to provide any guest with an ample opportunity to confirm or cancel a reservation.
