I purchased high end LVP for the majority of the home...and while I feel the flooring is excellent quality and the installation, the new wider baseboards that were installed are disappointing. There are significant gaps between board and floor and the cuts don’t line up correctly. After such a large financial investment that was put into this upgrade, it’s frustrating to see a job that was not done correctly. I even pointed it out to the installer as he was working and it was never corrected.

These guys did a great job! First off, they accommodated a VERY LONG house building process that we went through and they met and exceeded all price adjustments we found during sales / holidays. The fit and finish was excellent and what was suppose to be a 5 day build process was reduced to 2 1/2 days. They exceeded our expectations at every turn.
