They billed my insurance company using the wrong code which required me to pay an additional $137.00 above my co-pay at check out. The next day I called my insurance company and they said I shouldn't have been charged anything above my co-pay. Brandon Dermatology used the wrong code when they submitted it the insurance company. Now I have to wait for it to be resubmitted before I can get reimbursed. Next they scheduled me to come back in for test results which they could have easily told me over the phone (no real issues). So I got charged another $50 co-pay for nothing. I hear there is a very good dermatologist at the new Baycare Health Hub behind Sprouts. I'll be going there going foward.

Masks need to be dropped. Love the doctors. Wish the appt time made was a realistic thing, plan on waiting 30 min-1 hour before being seen.

I can’t wait to see the staff upfront full of smiles, where I’m welcomed by professionalism , patience and kindness. And getting appointments scheduled is extremely easy .
