Brought our two kids here for a haircut and the workers were rude and had the worst customer service. Washed one of my kids hair but not the other and didn’t try to make my kids feel safe or ask them anything. Will never, ever come back. We usually go to the carrollwood location but just moved over this way, will be making the trip to them from now on.

Never again. Went to the Brandon, FL location two weeks ago and a month ago and got great hair cuts. Went yesterday 16 FEB and took first available for a fade and trim on top. The girl was quick with the clippers and I said something about it and she assured me with “been doing this for seven years i got you”. I didn’t pay much attention after that and this morning I realized when she trimmed around the ears there is a 1/4 difference between each side. Obviously I was mistaken in the experience, attention to detail and talent Lady Jane’s hire. Will not make this mistake again.

TLDR ; can't follow instructions, doesn't care how your hair looks. - Never written a review before in my life, but this warrants one. This was the worst and least personable haircut experience of my life. My stylist, Tameka, was completely unenthusiastic and rushed the entire haircut as if she wanted me out of there. She butchered the cut, and ended with nothing like the photo I showed her. She did my cut in less than 5 minutes in the chair. I paid $27 to wear a hat for the next month at least. Not coming back. Please take time and put an ounce of effort into your work Tameka. You have ruined my self esteem and cannot follow simple instructions. You cut 3 inches off the top when i told you not to touch it, why? Because you thought it would look better? You should be fired for ineptitude and inability to perform quality service. Seriously, I hope your license is taken. Am I being dramatic? Yes, but sincerely, F you.
