try using your phone to dial the 10 digit phone number of the theater and ask someone who works for them? might be your best option, since yknow, they work for AMC.....
Hello Marianne. If you order your tickets online or via the app it should give you the option to pick your seats. However, I'm not 100% sure if everyone one of the screens offer that option. If you are useing some type of pass or free voucher you'll get the chance to pick your seats when you get to the ticket booth. Hope that helps.
Arrive early, go to the ticket counter and they will show you a screen with available seats, and then you can pick what is available.
When you bought the tickets you should have been prompted for seat selection as well. The seat number will be listed on the tickets
Ur seat number should be on the receipt or if they are a coupon you have to go through the processes of buying the tickets and then add the coupon....if all else fails call AMC methuen
