You can not buy your lot. Rent varies depending on location of lot. My lot is only 3 away from club house, church, library, billiards room, pond with fountain ducks fish turtles and occasionally a alligator. Pickleball court, music and crafts room. Restrooms, exercise room, showers, sauna, hot tub, pool, tennis courts, multiple horseshoe pits guys pitch daily 8-9 am sales office and nice walk path that circles the entire park. Many clubs and activities. Bocce ball rolling, quoits, Cornhole, free movie night, road trips and on and on. Really great place for an active member. My lot rent is 915$ monthly, if you pay annually you save 1 months rent. Lawn maintenance, basic cable included. No Cap on lot rent. Couple of miles to Beach and downtown. Really nice place to live. Praise the Lord! I am Blessed!
U cannot own lot. Lease amounts vary based on location
No to buying a lot. And for what you get the rent is reasonable. No cap, this is America FREE ENTERPRISE AT ITS BEST.
You can't buy the lot... Only the tin can.. Also, I've been talking to a few people who live there and land rent is only going higher. For that $$ you can buy a house.
