Perfect location, a mile and a half for Manasota Beach, 5 minutes to shopping and good restaurants. Japanese Gardens is a beautifully maintained adult Park. It has all the amenities that you could ask for. We liked it so much we purchased a home.

I live here year round now. There is no better retirement park than Japanese Gardens. Owned and Managed by the residents.

Yes, you can rent mobile homes. Call the park office to make connections with the owners of the mobile homes. It is a beautiful and well kept park. They have lots of activities including a swimming pool, shuffleboard court, indoor get togethers and you are about a mile from the beach.
