This is, by far, the worst pharmacy I have ever been to and the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The hubs has issues *every single month* with the *exact same prescriptions* but this was the first time I needed a script filled and was on my own with a one year old picking it up. I waited 15 minutes in the drive thru only to move up by two cars. Left the drive thru once my daughter started losing her cool and hauled her inside instead. There were a half dozen people in line and it went quickly but the woman at the counter was unbelievably rude before I even gave my birthdate and beyond snippy with me when I reminded her there were two scripts and again when I couldn’t remember my HSA pin. I was the one who had a child whining and crawling over my shoulder, who shouldn’t have had to get out of the car to begin with! Meanwhile, the exact same car was still clogging up the drive thru. Tonight, I sort the pills into my little pill planner and there’s not enough. Save the time, the frustration, and the agitation and fill your prescription somewhere else. ANYWHERE else.

I have been going to this CVS my whole life but after today they have lost me as a customer. The people in the pharmacy are rude and disrespectful!! How are you going to give attitude to a customer because you think your right?? When in fact you were completely wrong!! I never received an apology for the rudeness!
